Lets introduce our call center solution provider NSL team. It was founded in 2008 in the capital city Dhaka, it is one of the pioneer comprehensive call centers of Bangladesh. Registered as a private limited company, it has been jointly established by a retired Air Force general, an InfoTech specialist and a Computer Engineer. The InfoTech Director of the company is a graduate in Computer Science from Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India. He also took extensive training on Call Centers in Malaysia and India. He is one of the very few who had the opportunity to establish a Call Center of a reputed Software & Computer firm of Bangladesh. NSL has also mastered supports from reputed Indian call centers and their specialists. The Managing Director is a veteran and qualified computer engineer. Over all management is supervised by its Chairman who is an Ex-Air Force General and pilot.
