Call Center Human Resources Requirement

Good communication and language skills, accent understanding, team leadership, basic computing skills are very important for the people who are willing to work in a call center as a call center agent. There are also some different types of jobs like Trainer, Operation Manger and System Engineer, which are directly related for the better performance of a call center.

* every shift is 8 hour but there are options of 4 hours (half shift) job opportunities

Currently we have no job vacancies for call center agent positions. The call center industry in Bangladesh is very new. We have to make our human resources skill enough for call center industry. So we had taken a Skill Development Program on Call center Industry.
